The EU publishes two interesting reports on "The Impact of Web 2.0 Innovations on Education and Training in Europe" and on "The Impact of Social Computing on the EU Information Society and the Economy".

Both studies were prepared by the Institute for Prospective Technological Studies a Division of the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission.
