European Seal of E-Excellence 2009

Applications for the 2009 European Seal of e-Excellence are open from 1 October to 19 December 2009.
The European Seal of e-Excellence rewards ICT and Digital Media companies with an excellent track record in innovation marketing. The Seal is widely known for recognizing companies with innovative products and services and with excellence in the marketing thereof.
The sponsors of the Seal Award Ceremony are E-accelerator, digital tender and EMF.

Study on E-Excellence in Belgium

The Office of Science Policy of the Belgian Government has sponsored t a study on eExcellence in Belgium. The resulting publication highlights the leading Belgian software and hardware companies that are developing eContent & eBusiness technologies. They are key potential beneficiaries of financial support from the EUREKA funding programme and prime partners for projects. The publication is available on the E-Accelerator website.

eConTec collaborates with CELTIC

CELTIC is a five years EUREKA cluster programme, which initiates and runs privately and publicly funded R&D projects in the field of telecommunications. The initiative is supported by most of the major European players in communication technologies. CELTIC projects are focusing at telecoms networks, applications, and services looking at a complete system approach. The size of the CELTIC budget is in the range of 1 billion Euro. CELTIC is open to any kind of project participants from all EUREKA countries.
