All companies supplying digital products and services are eligible to apply for the European Seal of e-Excellence. A panel of distinguished judges will review all completed applications and will award the Seal of e-Excellence to those companies which demonstrate extraordinary marketing of innovative digital goods and services.

Applications for the 2009 Awards open on 1 October 2008 and completed application forms are due by 19 December 2008.
